It is my opinion that the management of medical office properties, specifically on or near a hospital is different than traditional property management.  It is essential clearly understanding the hospital/physician relationship, having an understanding of medical practices and how they differ and operate to create an environment for the successful balance of hospital and physician goals.

Leasing and the renewing of existing leases is an important part of the management of medical office buildings.  Generally, in traditional commercial real estate settings, leasing is a task performed by different individuals.  To maintain the needed single point of responsibility, leasing will be a part of our management tasks.
